Now we can't get to the site through proxy because it apparently has the old DNS entry cached. Is there any way to tell BM to forget it's DNS cache, but not clear the ENTIRE object cache? I know the DNS entry will eventually time out, but I'd like to force the process if possible...

I'm still not clear if DNS has any play in this at all. Give us a real URL for machinename.hostname.com/~username and we might be able to help you further. I'd rather give you a more specific answer than keep guessing on what might be. Abracadabra On Feb 10, 10:08 am, GSIS wrote: www.swiftbooks.co.ukwas hosted with

It connects to a IP that assigns one of the IP from 3 relay IP addresses using DNS round robin. It appears this round robin stays consistent to one IP address. I was wondering if there is any way to check if this ip address is being cached and if there is any way to dynamically clear the cahce.

Any way to Clear DNS Cache on server?
I issue ipconfig /flushdns , the cache does not clear. It tells me "Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache." But when I do ipconfig /displaydns , all entries remain. I think it might be a bug. Very annoying, and some google searches affirm that other people have had this problem, but not one resolution.
