Clear DNS problem

Hellow guys...
I'm having truble refreshing DNS.
C:\Windows\system32>ipconfig /flushdns The requested operation requires elevation.
What it means?
Thank you

Hello,
In
order to do operation like this you must be running an elevated command prompt. To do this:
- Click start - Type: cmd - When cmd appears in the menu under Programs, right-click it and click Run as Administrator - Click continue
You now have an "elevated" command prompt that can run the administrative commands.
Just another way Vista is protecting you from malware :)

It means User Account Control (UAC) is blocking the operation. It's the same thing that pops up those annoying dialogs when you run things in the control panel or elsewhere that requires admin privledges. It doesn't show the dialog for command line programs though.
I'm not in front of Vista to check if this works, but try right clicking on "Command Prompt" in the Start Menu and picking "Run Elevated" from the menu (if it's there). Then do your admin commands in that window.
